For example, I know people who work full-time jobs, study for additional qualifications in the evenings, maintain active social lives on weekends, and still try to exercise regularly. While ambition is good, when you're spread too thin, you end up doing everything at a mediocre level rather than excelling at a few important things. I believe the key to managing stress is learning to prioritize and sometimes saying no to commitments that aren't essential.
