IELTS採点基準表(Band Descriptors)
ライティング タスク1・タスク2・スピーキングの採点基準を、観点ごとにBand 9からBand 0まで並べています。現行版(Updated May 2023)で、英文に日本語訳を付けています。いまのバンドと目標バンドを選ぶと、4つの観点それぞれで何が変わるのかを並べて読めます。
いまのバンドと目標バンドを並べる
6.0と6.5の記述は、並べてみると違いがはっきりします。伸ばす対象を4つ同時に置かず、差の大きい観点から手を付けるための画面です。
各観点は1〜9の整数で評価され、4つの平均をもとにその技能のスコアが決まります。平均の丸め方はライティングスコア計算とスピーキングスコア計算に書いています。
ライティング タスク1の採点基準表
観点ごとに、Band 9からBand 1まで並べています。英文が正式な基準で、日本語は当校が付けた訳です。
タスク達成度Task Achievement
- All the requirements of the task are fully and appropriately satisfied. タスクの要求をすべて完全かつ適切に満たしている。
- There may be extremely rare lapses in content. 内容の乱れがあっても極めてまれである。
- The response covers all the requirements of the task appropriately, relevantly and sufficiently. 回答はタスクの要求すべてに、適切かつ関連性を持って十分にこたえている。
- (Academic) Key features are skilfully selected, and clearly presented, highlighted and illustrated. (アカデミック)主要な特徴が巧みに選ばれ、明確に提示・強調・説明されている。
- (General Training) All bullet points are clearly presented, and appropriately illustrated or extended. (ジェネラル・トレーニング)すべての箇条書き項目が明確に示され、適切に説明・展開されている。
- There may be occasional omissions or lapses in content. 内容に時折、抜けや乱れがあることもある。
- The response covers the requirements of the task. 回答はタスクの要求にこたえている。
- The content is relevant and accurate – there may be a few omissions or lapses. The format is appropriate. 内容は関連性があり正確である。多少の抜けや乱れがあることもある。形式は適切である。
- (Academic) Key features which are selected are covered and clearly highlighted but could be more fully or more appropriately illustrated or extended. (アカデミック)選ばれた主要な特徴はカバーされ明確に強調されているが、説明や展開がより十分・適切であってもよい。
- (Academic) It presents a clear overview, the data are appropriately categorised, and main trends or differences are identified. (アカデミック)明確な概要が示され、データが適切に分類され、主な傾向や差異が特定されている。
- (General Training) All bullet points are covered and clearly highlighted but could be more fully or more appropriately illustrated or extended. It presents a clear purpose. The tone is consistent and appropriate to the task. Any lapses are minimal. (ジェネラル・トレーニング)すべての箇条書き項目がカバーされ明確に強調されているが、説明や展開がより十分・適切であってもよい。目的が明確に示されている。語調は一貫していてタスクに適している。乱れがあっても最小限である。
- The response focuses on the requirements of the task and an appropriate format is used. 回答はタスクの要求に焦点を当てており、適切な形式が使われている。
- (Academic) Key features which are selected are covered and adequately highlighted. A relevant overview is attempted. Information is appropriately selected and supported using figures/data. (アカデミック)選ばれた主要な特徴はカバーされ十分に強調されている。関連する概要を示そうとしている。情報は適切に選ばれ、数値やデータで裏づけられている。
- (General Training) All bullet points are covered and adequately highlighted. The purpose is generally clear. There may be minor inconsistencies in tone. (ジェネラル・トレーニング)すべての箇条書き項目がカバーされ十分に強調されている。目的は概ね明確である。語調に軽微な一貫性の欠如がみられることもある。
- Some irrelevant, inappropriate or inaccurate information may occur in areas of detail or when illustrating or extending the main points. 細部や、主要な点を説明・展開する際に、関連性のない・不適切な・不正確な情報が混じることもある。
- Some details may be missing (or excessive) and further extension or illustration may be needed. 一部の細部が欠けていたり(または過剰だったり)、さらなる展開や説明が必要なこともある。
- The response generally addresses the requirements of the task. The format may be inappropriate in places. 回答は概ねタスクの要求にこたえている。形式が部分的に不適切なこともある。
- (Academic) Key features which are selected are not adequately covered. The recounting of detail is mainly mechanical. There may be no data to support the description. (アカデミック)選ばれた主要な特徴が十分にカバーされていない。細部の記述はおおむね機械的である。説明を裏づけるデータがないこともある。
- (General Training) All bullet points are presented but one or more may not be adequately covered. The purpose may be unclear at times. The tone may be variable and sometimes inappropriate. (ジェネラル・トレーニング)すべての箇条書き項目が示されているが、1つ以上が十分にカバーされていないこともある。目的が時折不明瞭なこともある。語調が一定せず、時に不適切なこともある。
- There may be a tendency to focus on details (without referring to the bigger picture). 全体像に触れないまま細部に偏る傾向がみられることもある。
- The inclusion of irrelevant, inappropriate or inaccurate material in key areas detracts from the task achievement. 重要な部分に関連性のない・不適切な・不正確な内容が含まれると、タスク達成度が損なわれる。
- There is limited detail when extending and illustrating the main points. 主要な点を展開・説明する際の細部が限定的である。
- The response is an attempt to address the task. 回答はタスクに対応しようとしている。
- (Academic) Few key features have been selected. (アカデミック)選ばれた主要な特徴がほとんどない。
- (General Training) Not all bullet points are presented. (ジェネラル・トレーニング)すべての箇条書き項目が示されているわけではない。
- (General Training) The purpose of the letter is not clearly explained and may be confused. The tone may be inappropriate. (ジェネラル・トレーニング)手紙の目的が明確に説明されておらず、混乱していることもある。語調が不適切なこともある。
- The format may be inappropriate. 形式が不適切なこともある。
- Key features/bullet points which are presented may be irrelevant, repetitive, inaccurate or inappropriate. 示された主要な特徴・箇条書き項目が、関連性のない・反復的な・不正確な・不適切なものであることもある。
- The response does not address the requirements of the task (possibly because of misunderstanding of the data/diagram/situation). 回答はタスクの要求に対応していない(データ・図・状況の誤解による場合もある)。
- Key features/bullet points which are presented may be largely irrelevant. 示された主要な特徴・箇条書き項目の大半が無関係なこともある。
- Limited information is presented, and this may be used repetitively. 示された情報が限られており、反復的に使われることもある。
- The content barely relates to the task. There is little relevant message, or the entire response may be off-topic. 内容がタスクとほとんど関連していない。伝わる内容がほとんどないか、回答全体が的外れなこともある。
- Responses of 20 words or fewer are rated at Band 1. 20語以下の回答はBand 1と評価される。
- The content is wholly unrelated to the task. 内容がタスクと完全に無関係である。
- Any copied rubric must be discounted. 設問文をそのまま書き写した部分は採点の対象から除かれる。
一貫性と結束性Coherence and Cohesion
- The message can be followed effortlessly. メッセージを労なく追うことができる。
- Cohesion is used in such a way that it very rarely attracts attention. つながりを示す表現の使い方が自然で、読み手の注意をほとんど引かない。
- Any lapses in coherence or cohesion are minimal. 一貫性・つながりの乱れがあっても最小限である。
- Paragraphing is skilfully managed. 段落構成が巧みに管理されている。
- The message can be followed with ease. メッセージを楽に追うことができる。
- Information and ideas are logically sequenced, and cohesion is well managed. 情報とアイデアが論理的に順序立てられ、つながりがよく管理されている。
- Occasional lapses in coherence or cohesion may occur. 一貫性・つながりの乱れが時折起こることもある。
- Paragraphing is used sufficiently and appropriately. 段落構成が十分かつ適切に使われている。
- Information and ideas are logically organised and there is a clear progression throughout the response. A few lapses may occur. 情報とアイデアが論理的に構成され、回答全体を通して明確な展開が見られる。軽微な乱れが起こることもある。
- A range of cohesive devices including reference and substitution is used flexibly but with some inaccuracies or some over/under use. 指示語や代用を含む幅広いつながりを示す表現を柔軟に使っているが、不正確さや過不足がみられることもある。
- Information and ideas are generally arranged coherently and there is a clear overall progression. 情報とアイデアは概ね一貫性を持って配列され、全体としては明確な展開が見られる。
- Cohesive devices are used to some good effect but cohesion within and/or between sentences may be faulty or mechanical due to misuse, overuse or omission. つながりを示す表現はある程度効果的に使われているが、誤用・過剰使用・省略により、文の内部や文同士のつながりが不自然・機械的になることもある。
- The use of reference and substitution may lack flexibility or clarity and result in some repetition or error 指示語や代用の使い方に柔軟性や明瞭さが欠け、反復や誤りにつながることもある
- Organisation is evident but is not wholly logical and there may be a lack of overall progression. Nevertheless, there is a sense of underlying coherence to the response. 構成は見て取れるが完全に論理的とは限らず、全体としての展開に欠けることもある。それでも、回答の根底には一貫性の感覚がある。
- The relationship of ideas can be followed but the sentences are not fluently linked to each other. アイデア同士の関係は追えるが、文同士が滑らかにはつながっていない。
- There may be limited/overuse of cohesive devices with some inaccuracy. つながりを示す表現の使用が不足または過剰で、不正確さを伴うこともある。
- The writing may be repetitive due to inadequate and/or inaccurate use of reference and substitution. 指示語や代用の不十分・不正確な使用により、文章が反復的になることもある。
- Information and ideas are evident but not arranged coherently, and there is no clear progression within the response. 情報とアイデアは見て取れるが一貫性を持って配列されておらず、回答内に明確な展開が見られない。
- Relationships between ideas can be unclear and/or inadequately marked. There is some use of basic cohesive devices, which may be inaccurate or repetitive. アイデア同士の関係が不明瞭だったり、不十分にしか示されていなかったりすることがある。基本的なつながりを示す表現がいくらか使われているが、不正確・反復的なこともある。
- There is inaccurate use or a lack of substitution or referencing. 代用や指示語の使い方が不正確だったり、そもそも欠けていたりする。
- There is no apparent logical organisation. Ideas are discernible but difficult to relate to each other. 論理的な構成が見当たらない。アイデアは識別できるが、互いの関連づけが難しい。
- Minimal use of sequencers or cohesive devices. Those used do not necessarily indicate a logical relationship between ideas. 順序を示す語やつながりを示す表現の使用が最小限で、使われていてもアイデア間の論理的な関係を示しているとは限らない。
- There is difficulty in identifying referencing. 指示語の特定が難しい。
- There is little evidence of control of organisational features. 構成上の要素を統制している形跡がほとんど見られない。
- Responses of 20 words or fewer are rated at Band 1. 20語以下の回答はBand 1と評価される。
- The writing fails to communicate any message and appears to be by a virtual non-writer. 文章から何のメッセージも伝わらず、書くことにほぼ慣れていない人による回答のように見える。
語彙力Lexical Resource
- Full flexibility and precise use are evident within the scope of the task. タスクの範囲内で、柔軟性と精密な使い方が随所に見られる。
- A wide range of vocabulary is used accurately and appropriately with very natural and sophisticated control of lexical features. 幅広い語彙を、非常に自然かつ洗練された統制のもとで正確かつ適切に使っている。
- Minor errors in spelling and word formation are extremely rare and have minimal impact on communication. スペリングや語形成の軽微な誤りは極めてまれで、伝達への影響も最小限である。
- A wide resource is fluently and flexibly used to convey precise meanings within the scope of the task. タスクの範囲内で、幅広い語彙資源を流暢かつ柔軟に使い、正確な意味を伝えている。
- There is skilful use of uncommon and/or idiomatic items when appropriate, despite occasional inaccuracies in word choice and collocation. 語選択やコロケーションに時折不正確さがあるものの、適切な場面で珍しい語やイディオムを巧みに使っている。
- Occasional errors in spelling and/or word formation may occur, but have minimal impact on communication. スペリングや語形成の誤りが時折起こることもあるが、伝達への影響は最小限である。
- The resource is sufficient to allow some flexibility and precision. 語彙資源は、ある程度の柔軟性と精密さを可能にする程度に十分である。
- There is some ability to use less common and/or idiomatic items. あまり一般的でない語やイディオムを使う力もある程度見られる。
- An awareness of style and collocation is evident, though inappropriacies occur. 文体やコロケーションへの意識が見られるが、不適切な表現が起こることもある。
- There are only a few errors in spelling and/or word formation, and they do not detract from overall clarity. スペリングや語形成の誤りはわずかで、全体の明瞭さを損なうことはない。
- The resource is generally adequate and appropriate for the task. 語彙資源は概ねタスクに対して十分かつ適切である。
- The meaning is generally clear in spite of a rather restricted range or a lack of precision in word choice. 語彙の範囲がやや限られていたり語選択の精度に欠けていたりするものの、意味は概ね明確である。
- If the writer is a risk-taker, there will be a wider range of vocabulary used but higher degrees of inaccuracy or inappropriacy. 書き手が挑戦的であれば、より幅広い語彙が使われる一方、不正確さや不適切さの度合いも高くなる。
- There are some errors in spelling and/or word formation, but these do not impede communication. スペリングや語形成の誤りがいくらか見られるが、伝達を妨げることはない。
- The resource is limited but minimally adequate for the task. 語彙資源は限られているが、タスクに対して最低限は足りている。
- Simple vocabulary may be used accurately but the range does not permit much variation in expression. 単純な語彙は正確に使えることもあるが、表現に大きな変化をつけられるほどの幅はない。
- There may be frequent lapses in the appropriacy of word choice, and a lack of flexibility is apparent in frequent simplifications and/or repetitions. 語選択の適切さに頻繁な乱れが見られ、単純化や反復が頻発することで柔軟性のなさが表れる。
- Errors in spelling and/or word formation may be noticeable and may cause some difficulty for the reader. スペリングや語形成の誤りが目立つことがあり、読み手にとって多少の負担になることもある。
- The resource is limited and inadequate for or unrelated to the task. Vocabulary is basic and may be used repetitively. 語彙資源は限られており、タスクに対して不十分または無関係である。語彙は基礎的で、反復的に使われることもある。
- There may be inappropriate use of lexical chunks (e.g. memorised phrases, formulaic language and/or language from the input material). 暗記フレーズや定型表現、タスク文からの流用など、語彙のかたまりを不適切に使うこともある。
- Inappropriate word choice and/or errors in word formation and/or in spelling may impede meaning. 語選択の不適切さや語形成・スペリングの誤りが、意味の伝達を妨げることもある。
- The resource is inadequate (which may be due to the response being significantly underlength). 語彙資源が不十分である(回答が著しく短いことに起因する場合もある)。
- Possible over-dependence on input material or memorised language. タスク文や暗記した言語表現への過度な依存もみられる。
- Control of word choice and/or spelling is very limited, and errors predominate. These errors may severely impede meaning. 語選択やスペリングの統制が非常に限られており、誤りが大半を占める。これらの誤りが意味の伝達を大きく妨げることもある。
- The resource is extremely limited with few recognisable strings, apart from memorised phrases. 語彙資源が極めて限られており、暗記フレーズを除いて認識できる語句がほとんどない。
- There is no apparent control of word formation and/or spelling. 語形成やスペリングを統制している形跡が見られない。
- Responses of 20 words or fewer are rated at Band 1. 20語以下の回答はBand 1と評価される。
- No resource is apparent, except for a few isolated words. いくつかの孤立した単語を除いて、語彙資源がほとんど見られない。
文法力Grammatical Range and Accuracy
- A wide range of structures within the scope of the task is used with full flexibility and control. タスクの範囲内で、幅広い構文を完全な柔軟性と統制のもとで使っている。
- Punctuation and grammar are used appropriately throughout. 句読点と文法が一貫して適切に使われている。
- Minor errors are extremely rare and have minimal impact on communication. 軽微な誤りは極めてまれで、伝達への影響も最小限である。
- A wide range of structures within the scope of the task is flexibly and accurately used. タスクの範囲内で、幅広い構文を柔軟かつ正確に使っている。
- The majority of sentences are error-free, and punctuation is well managed. 大半の文に誤りがなく、句読点もよく管理されている。
- Occasional, non-systematic errors and inappropriacies occur, but have minimal impact on communication. 時折、体系的でない誤りや不適切な表現が起こるが、伝達への影響は最小限である。
- A variety of complex structures is used with some flexibility and accuracy. さまざまな複雑な構文を、ある程度の柔軟性と正確さで使っている。
- Grammar and punctuation are generally well controlled, and error-free sentences are frequent. 文法と句読点は概ねよく統制されており、誤りのない文が頻繁に見られる。
- A few errors in grammar may persist, but these do not impede communication. 文法の誤りが多少残ることもあるが、伝達を妨げることはない。

- Although complex sentences are attempted, they tend to be faulty, and the greatest accuracy is achieved on simple sentences. 複文を試みてはいるが誤りが出やすく、最も正確なのは単純な文である。
- Grammatical errors may be frequent and cause some difficulty for the reader. 文法の誤りが頻繁に起こり、読み手にとって多少の負担になることもある。
- Punctuation may be faulty. 句読点が不正確なこともある。
- A very limited range of structures is used. 非常に限られた範囲の構文しか使われていない。
- Subordinate clauses are rare and simple sentences predominate. 従属節はまれで、単純な文が大半を占める。
- Some structures are produced accurately but grammatical errors are frequent and may impede meaning. 一部の構文は正確に作れているが、文法の誤りが頻繁に起こり意味の伝達を妨げることもある。
- Punctuation is often faulty or inadequate. 句読点が不正確・不十分なことが多い。
- Sentence forms are attempted, but errors in grammar and punctuation predominate (except in memorised phrases or those taken from the input material). This prevents most meaning from coming through. 文の形を作ろうとしているが、文法や句読点の誤りが大半を占める(暗記フレーズやタスク文からの流用は除く)。これにより、意味の大部分が伝わらない。
- Length may be insufficient to provide evidence of control of sentence forms. 分量が、文構造の統制を示す証拠として不十分なこともある。
- There is little or no evidence of sentence forms (except in memorised phrases). 文の形を作れている形跡がほとんど、または全く見られない(暗記フレーズを除く)。
- Responses of 20 words or fewer are rated at Band 1. 20語以下の回答はBand 1と評価される。
- No rateable language is evident. 採点対象となる言語運用が見られない。
Band 0 は答案の質では付かない
採点の対象にすらならなかった場合に付けられる評価です。
Should only be used where a candidate did not attend or attempt the question in any way, used a language other than English throughout, or where there is proof that a candidate's answer has been totally memorised.受験しなかった場合、設問にまったく取り組まなかった場合、試験全体を通して英語以外の言語を使用した場合、または回答が完全に暗記されたものだと証明された場合にのみ付けられる。

応答の妥当性Task Response
- The prompt is appropriately addressed and explored in depth. 設問に適切に対応し、内容を深く掘り下げている。
- A clear and fully developed position is presented which directly answers the question/s. 設問に直接答える、明確かつ完全に展開された立場が示されている。
- Ideas are relevant, fully extended and well supported. アイデアは関連性があり、十分に展開され、しっかりと裏づけられている。
- Any lapses in content or support are extremely rare. 内容や裏づけの乱れがあっても、それは極めてまれである。
- The prompt is appropriately and sufficiently addressed. 設問に適切かつ十分に対応している。
- A clear and well-developed position is presented in response to the question/s. 設問に対する明確でよく展開された立場が示されている。
- Ideas are relevant, well extended and supported. アイデアは関連性があり、よく展開され、裏づけられている。
- There may be occasional omissions or lapses in content. 内容に時折、抜けや乱れがあることもある。
- The main parts of the prompt are appropriately addressed. 設問の主要な部分に適切に対応している。
- A clear and developed position is presented. 明確で展開された立場が示されている。
- Main ideas are extended and supported but there may be a tendency to over-generalise or there may be a lack of focus and precision in supporting ideas/material. メインアイデアは展開・裏づけされているが、一般化に流れる傾向があったり、サポートの焦点や精度に欠けたりすることがある。
- The main parts of the prompt are addressed (though some may be more fully covered than others). An appropriate format is used. 設問の主要な部分に対応している(一部はほかより十分にカバーされていないこともある)。適切な形式が使われている。
- A position is presented that is directly relevant to the prompt, although the conclusions drawn may be unclear, unjustified or repetitive. 設問に直接関連する立場が示されているが、導かれる結論が不明瞭・根拠不足・反復的になることもある。
- Main ideas are relevant, but some may be insufficiently developed or may lack clarity, while some supporting arguments and evidence may be less relevant or inadequate. メインアイデアは関連性があるが、一部は展開が不十分だったり不明瞭だったりすることがあり、サポートする論拠やエビデンスの一部も関連性に欠けたり不十分だったりすることがある。
- The main parts of the prompt are incompletely addressed. The format may be inappropriate in places. 設問の主要な部分への対応が不完全である。形式が部分的に不適切なこともある。
- The writer expresses a position, but the development is not always clear. 書き手は立場を表明しているが、その展開が常に明確とは限らない。
- Some main ideas are put forward, but they are limited and are not sufficiently developed and/or there may be irrelevant detail. メインアイデアはいくつか提示されているが、限定的で十分に展開されておらず、関係のない細部が混じることもある。
- There may be some repetition. 反復がみられることもある。
- The prompt is tackled in a minimal way, or the answer is tangential, possibly due to some misunderstanding of the prompt. The format may be inappropriate. 設問への取り組みが最小限にとどまるか、設問の誤解により回答が的外れになることもある。形式が不適切なこともある。
- A position is discernible, but the reader has to read carefully to find it. 立場は見て取れるが、読み手が注意深く読まなければ見つけられない。
- Main ideas are difficult to identify and such ideas that are identifiable may lack relevance, clarity and/or support. メインアイデアを識別しにくく、識別できたとしても関連性・明瞭さ・裏づけのいずれかに欠けることもある。
- Large parts of the response may be repetitive. 回答の大部分が反復的なこともある。
- No part of the prompt is adequately addressed, or the prompt has been misunderstood. 設問のどの部分にも十分に対応しておらず、設問を誤解していることもある。
- No relevant position can be identified, and/or there is little direct response to the question/s. 関連する立場が識別できず、設問への直接的な回答もほとんどない。
- There are few ideas, and these may be irrelevant or insufficiently developed. アイデアがほとんどなく、関係のないものだったり十分に展開されていなかったりする。
- The content is barely related to the prompt. 内容が設問とほとんど関連していない。
- No position can be identified. 立場を識別できない。
- There may be glimpses of one or two ideas without development. 1つか2つのアイデアの断片が見えることもあるが、展開はない。

流暢さと一貫性Fluency and Coherence
- Fluent with only very occasional repetition or self-correction. 流暢に話し、繰り返しや言い直しはごくまれにしか起こらない。
- Any hesitation that occurs is used only to prepare the content of the next utterance and not to find words or grammar. ためらいがあっても、それは次に話す内容を準備するためのものであり、語や文法を探すためではない。

基準表の読み方
上のバンドの記述だけを読まない
目標が7.0なら、Band 7の記述だけを読みたくなります。ただし試験官は「7の条件を満たしているか」ではなく、「6と7のどちらの記述に近いか」で判断します。いまのバンドの記述と並べて、どこが自分に当てはまるかを確かめるほうが実際の判定に近くなります。
「頻度」を表す語に線を引く
rare、occasional、frequent、sometimes、generally。バンドの差は、できることの種類ではなく、崩れる回数で書き分けられています。Band 6とBand 7の違いも、誤りの有無ではなく誤りの頻度です。
語彙力と文法力は減点で見られやすい
難しい語や複雑な構文を使ったことは、それ自体では上がる材料になりません。基準表が見ているのは、使ったうえで読み手の理解を妨げていないかです。背伸びした結果まわりが崩れると、かえって下がることがあります。
4観点は独立していない
言いたいことが定まっていなければ、応答の妥当性だけでなく一貫性も落ちます。1つの観点だけを狙って対策するより、崩れている原因が共通していないかを先に見たほうが早く動きます。

Band Descriptorsとは何ですか?
IELTSのライティングとスピーキングを採点するときに、試験官が使う基準表です。各技能に4つの採点観点があり、観点ごとにBand 9からBand 0まで、その水準に何が見られるかが英語で書かれています。ライティングはタスク1とタスク2で別々の基準表が用意されています。
この採点基準はいつの版ですか?
現行版(Updated May 2023)です。2023年5月の改訂で、多くのバンドで記述が細かく書き分けられました。旧版との違いは、当校の記事のほうで版を並べて解説しています。
リスニングとリーディングの採点基準はありますか?
ありません。リスニングとリーディングは40問の正答数でバンドが決まるので、記述による基準表ではなく換算表を使います。正答数とスコアのツールをご利用ください。
4つの観点はどう組み合わさってスコアになりますか?
各観点は1〜9の整数で評価され、4つの平均をもとにその技能のスコアが決まります。0.5刻みが出るのは平均を丸めたあとです。丸め方はライティングスコア計算・スピーキングスコア計算のツールに書いています。
自分がどのバンドか、基準表を読めば分かりますか?
当たりは付きますが、自己判定は実際の評価とずれやすいところです。とくに語彙力と文法力は、書けている部分ではなく崩れている部分の量で決まるため、自分の答案では見落としやすくなります。判断が難しいときは添削で確認するのが確実です。
日本語訳は公式のものですか?
いいえ。英文が正式な基準で、日本語は当校が読みやすさのために付けた訳です。判断に迷うときは英文のほうをご確認ください。
Band 0はどんなときに付きますか?
受験しなかった場合、設問にまったく取り組まなかった場合、試験全体を通して英語以外の言語を使った場合、回答が完全に暗記されたものだと証明された場合です。答案の質が低いことを理由に付くものではありません。
自分の答案がどの記述に当てはまるか
基準表は、何が評価されるのかを教えてくれます。ただし「自分の答案のどこがその記述に当たるのか」までは、基準表を読んでも分かりません。当校の添削では、4観点それぞれについて、どの箇所がどの水準として読まれるのかを本文に印を付けてお返ししています。現在のスコアと目標をお聞かせいただければ、何から直すのがよいかをご案内します。ご相談は無料です。
