4つのうち最初のグループは、まだ住んでいない場所を前提にした問いです。住みたい家や移りたい街を聞く形なので、答えの中心は仮定の話になります。希望を述べる部分は would like の形になります。ただし箇条書きに初めて行った時期を答える指定が混ざることがあり、そこだけは過去形になります。準備の段階でこの2つを分けておくと、話しているうちに時制が入れ替わる事故が減ります。
場所のカードでは、最後の1行が explain why ではなく explain how you felt になっているものが目立ちます。理由を求められている場合と感じ方を求められている場合では、話の終わり方が変わります。感じ方を聞かれているときに施設の説明で終えると、指定された材料を1つ出さないまま終わることになります。
